The iPhone is not connected.
Use a USB data cable, unlock the phone, confirm Trust This Computer and reconnect. Check that the intended iPhone appears in the Mac app.
Connected, but no card appears.
Start Scan Cards, open Log, then open Wallet on the iPhone, authenticate and select the target card. A log-stream connection confirms logging, not card detection. Keep scanning until you choose Stop Scanning.
The transfer finished, but the art is unchanged.
Reopen Wallet and inspect the intended card. If needed, follow the documented restart step. Keep the transfer outcome separate from what is visible on the phone.
A passcode theme looks incomplete.
Re-import the .passthm file and inspect digits 0–9. Compare the selected language, font weight and cache target with the phone settings. Exporting one key is possible; it does not make a complete theme.
Keep reports useful and private.
Record device, OS and build versions, the stage that failed and a short redacted error. Do not post full logs, card numbers or identifiers. Upstream issues concern the AirCard engine; Cardsmaxing-specific support contact has not been established.

Is Cardsmaxing an iPhone app?
Cardsmaxing runs on your Mac and connects to an iPhone. The website explains the app and provides its current QA/test download; it does not write to your phone.
Does new artwork change what a bank card can do?
Artwork is a visual change. It does not create a payment card or grant new payment permissions.
Will it work on my iPhone?
Compatibility depends on the exact device, iOS version, Mac and app build. Read the compatibility evidence before testing; the current public QA7 package has not completed physical iPhone regression.
Is this a public notarized release?
The current public QA/test download is version 1.2.9, build 29 (QA7). It is ad-hoc signed and not Developer ID signed or notarized. Checkout requires Google sign-in. The £2.99 GBP single-card amount has been displayed in a signed-in test session; paid fulfillment and automatic Mac unlock have not been verified.
Does a successful transfer mean the artwork appeared?
A transfer result reports that artwork was sent. Reopen Wallet or follow the documented refresh steps, then inspect the target card on the iPhone.
Can I make a passcode theme without a phone?
Yes. Create, export and inspect a .passthm file on the Mac. Applying it requires a connected, trusted iPhone, and phone display must be checked separately.
